Kaisa Health (00876) has announced a corporate identity overhaul, with its official English name transitioning from "Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited" to "Qinghai Biotech Pharmaceutical Group Limited."

Following shareholder approval at a special general meeting, the company has also adopted "Qinghai Biotech Pharmaceutical Group Limited" as its new Chinese secondary name, replacing the former "Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited." Both name changes took effect on September 3, 2026, based on certificates of name change and secondary name issued by the Bermuda Registrar of Companies on that date.

The Hong Kong Registrar of Companies issued a certificate of registration of change of name for a registered non-Hong Kong company on September 18, 2026, confirming the new English and Chinese names are officially registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).

With the name change now complete, the trading abbreviation for its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will shift from "KAISA HEALTH" to "QH BIO PHARMA" in English, and from "Kaisa Health" to "Qinghai Biotech Pharmaceutical" in Chinese, effective from 9:00 a.m. on September 28, 2026.

The company's stock code on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange remains unchanged at "876."
