FANTASIA Announces Board Appointments: Huang Yueping as Non-Executive Director and Chairman

FANTASIA has announced the appointment of Ms. Huang Yueping as a Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
These appointments are set to take effect from June 5, 2026.
The company also stated that Mr. Brock Louis Silvers will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director, effective from the date the restructuring plan becomes operative.
As of the announcement date, the appointment of Mr. Silvers has not yet taken effect.
