CISI FIN (HKEX: 06058) has issued an announcement stating that Mr. Wei Wei has resigned from his position as an executive director of the company.
The resignation will take effect on October 1, 2026.
According to the announcement, Mr. Wei Wei stepped down in order to devote more time to other personal matters.
