Beauty Farm Medical executes 5,500-share buyback; issued shares down to 247.86 million

Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. repurchased 5,500 ordinary shares on 18 September 2026 through on-market transactions at prices between HKD 18.29 and HKD 18.86, spending a total of HKD 0.10 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined from 247.87 million to 247.86 million, representing a marginal 0.0022% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 3.73 million, while total issued shares remained at 251.59 million.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises up to 24.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 660,500 shares, equivalent to 0.2658% of the company’s share base at the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring shares until 18 October 2026.
