On 22 September 2026, Maoye International Holdings Limited (“Maoye International”) confirmed that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.maoye.cn) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Mr Huang Mao Ru, emphasises a “digital-first” approach, recommending that shareholders access the electronic version of the report and future corporate communications online. Registered shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy documents will receive the printed Interim Report by mail.

Investors encountering difficulties with email notifications or online access—or those who prefer physical copies—can obtain the printed report at no charge. A completed Reply Form should be sent to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid mailing label or via email to is-ecom@vistra.com.

To ensure timely delivery of future notices, shareholders are advised to provide a valid email address through the same Reply Form. Until a functional email address is on record, Maoye International will distribute publication notices and any actionable corporate communications in printed form.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
