Vobile Completes HK$1.46 Billion Full Redemption of 2026 Zero-Coupon Convertible Bonds

Vobile Group Limited announced the full redemption of its outstanding zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2026. The company repaid the remaining principal of HK$1.46 billion, together with all accrued interest and related fees, in accordance with the bond terms.

The redeemed notes originated from a HK$1.60 billion issuance disclosed on 23–29 September 2025. Following cancellation of the redeemed bonds, Vobile no longer has any convertible bonds outstanding and is released from all associated obligations.

The board approved the transaction, and the disclosure was signed by Chairman Yangbin Bernard Wang on 28 September 2026.
