Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited (BJ ENT WATER) reported that on 28 September 2026 it bought back 150,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a unit price of HKD 1.53, for a total consideration of HKD 0.23 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased marginally to 10.05 billion from 10.05 billion, representing a 0.00149% reduction. BJ ENT WATER now holds 150,000 treasury shares, while the total number of issued shares (including treasury shares) remains unchanged at 10.05 billion.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate granted by shareholders on 27 May 2026, which authorised the company to buy back up to 1.00 billion shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate stand at 150,000 shares, equal to 0.00149% of the company’s outstanding shares at the mandate date, leaving approximately 1.00 billion shares still available for potential buybacks.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, BJ ENT WATER is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 28 October 2026.
