Eminence Capital Group Limited (formerly “Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited”) announced on 29 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (http://shanghaigrowth.etnet.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders have been notified that:

• Online first: The board “strongly recommends” accessing the digital version of the interim report and all future corporate communications via the two websites.

• Print on request: Investors who have previously elected to receive hard copies—or who now wish to switch to printed documents—may submit the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by prepaid post or email (is-ecom@vistra.com). Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon receipt of the request.

• Email address responsibility: Shareholders are required to supply and maintain a functional email address to receive electronic notices of publication and all actionable corporate communications. Until a valid address is provided, notices and actionable documents will be dispatched in paper form.

• Validity of instructions: Communication preferences indicated in “Part A” of the reply form remain effective for future corporate communications until 31 December 2026, unless amended by written notice.
