Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. (5MZ) announced on Sep, 30 2026 that there have been no material developments affecting the group’s financial position since its last update on Aug, 31 2026 regarding the court-ordered winding up of its subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd.
The company stated that it will release further information in line with Singapore Exchange listing requirements if there are any significant changes related to the winding-up proceedings.
