YNBY INTL Buys Back 10 Million Shares at HKD 0.247; Treasury Stock Rises to 126.65 Million

YNBY INTL (stock code: 00030) has disclosed a fresh share buyback under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, purchasing 10.00 million ordinary shares on 17 September 2026 at a uniform price of HKD 0.247 each. The transaction cost HKD 2.47 million.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) dropped by 0.11 % from 9.42 billion to 9.41 billion shares. The repurchased stock has been designated as treasury shares, lifting the treasury share balance to 126.65 million.

The buyback was executed pursuant to the repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 953.79 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 126.65 million shares, equivalent to 1.33 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), YNBY INTL is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 October 2026.
