Evergrande Property Services Group Limited (“EVERG SERVICES”) released its latest Rule 3.7 monthly update, confirming that the liquidators have received proposals regarding a potential transaction involving the company’s shares.

The liquidators informed the board that China Evergrande Group and CEG Holdings (the “Potential Sellers”) have entered into an exclusivity agreement with an unnamed bidder (the “Potential Purchaser”). The agreement grants the bidder exclusive negotiation rights until 27 October 2026.

Discussions between the Potential Sellers and the Potential Purchaser are continuing, and the parties are negotiating the terms of a formal sale-and-purchase agreement. As of the announcement date, no definitive transaction documents have been signed and the execution timetable remains undetermined.

EVERG SERVICES will maintain monthly disclosures under the Hong Kong Takeovers Code until either a firm offer is announced under Rule 3.5 or a decision is taken not to proceed.

The company reiterated that there is no assurance the potential transaction will materialise and advised shareholders and investors to exercise extreme caution when dealing in its securities.
