ENN ENERGY: Baoju Zhao Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 35.24%

On September 30, 2026, Baoju Zhao acquired 33,700 shares of ENN ENERGY (02688) off-exchange at an average of HKD 48.4287 per share, involving about HKD 1.63 million. The shares were purchased by Xinneng (Hong Kong) Energy Investment Limited, an indirect wholly‑owned subsidiary, as a voluntary disclosure. This transaction was an off‑exchange trade, not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary‑market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, Baoju Zhao's long position in ENN ENERGY was 398.78 million shares, representing 35.23%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 398.81 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 35.24%.
