BAIOO Family Interactive Limited (BAIOO) released its Interim Report 2026 on 28 September 2026. English and Chinese versions of the report, along with all accompanying corporate communications, are now accessible on the company’s website (www.baioo.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Chief Executive Officer Mr Dai Jian, encourages shareholders to read the online versions to expedite access and reduce paper usage. Registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the digital documents, or who prefer physical copies, may request printed versions at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via prepaid mail or by emailing 2100-ecom@vistra.com.

To receive future notifications and actionable corporate communications electronically, shareholders are advised to provide or update a valid email address using the same reply form. Until a functional address is supplied, notices and actionable documents will be dispatched in printed form.
