Techtronic Industries Repurchases 88,000 Shares; Cumulative Buy-Backs Reach 4.27 Million Under 2026 Mandate

Techtronic Industries Company Limited disclosed that on 23 September 2026 it repurchased 88,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 128.40 and HKD 129.70. The transaction cost HKD 11.37 million, implying an average price of approximately HKD 129.16 per share. All shares were bought for cancellation.

Including this trade, Techtronic has repurchased 4.27 million shares since shareholders granted a buy-back mandate on 8 May 2026, representing 0.23% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. The mandate authorises the purchase of up to 182.98 million shares.

Shares acquired between 10 and 23 September 2026 that are pending cancellation now total 872,000, equivalent to 0.05% of the current 1.83 billion issued shares. As no shares have yet been cancelled, the outstanding share count remains unchanged at 1,827,096,441.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Techtronic is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues following the latest repurchase, lasting until 23 October 2026.
