The Board of China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited released an updated director and committee roster dated 29 September 2026. Wang Zhiqing now serves as Chairman, while Gao Fei holds the dual roles of Vice Chairman and President.

Eight additional directors round out the nine-member Board: Yan Fei; independent non-executive directors Sun Zheng, Lu Xiongwen, Luo Qun, Fung Wing Yee Sabrina and Zheng Hongfeng; and employee representative director Jie Xiaoqing.

Committee leadership and membership were clarified: • Audit and Risk Management Committee – chaired by Sun Zheng, with Lu Xiongwen, Luo Qun and Fung Wing Yee Sabrina as members. • Nomination and Remuneration Committee – chaired by Wang Zhiqing for nomination matters and by Lu Xiongwen for remuneration matters; members include Sun Zheng, Luo Qun and Fung Wing Yee Sabrina. • Planning, Development and Digitalization Committee – chaired by Gao Fei, joined by Sun Zheng, Lu Xiongwen and Fung Wing Yee Sabrina. • Aviation Safety and Environment Committee – chaired by Wang Zhiqing, with Sun Zheng and Zheng Hongfeng serving as members.

The announcement reiterates that all appointments are effective immediately and consistent with the company’s corporate governance framework.
