CG Real Estate (100%-owned subsidiary) • Litigation: Five new cases exceeding RMB 50 million each were reported, totalling RMB 412.00 million. • Enforcement: Eleven fresh enforcement records carried a combined amount of RMB 785.00 million. Three equity interests in investees were frozen during the period. • Defaulted Debt: The subsidiary reported no new overdue interest-bearing liabilities and no cross-default triggers.
