China Shineway Pharmaceutical Group Limited (Shineway Pharm) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable share structure with no changes in either authorised or issued capital during the month.

Shineway Pharm’s authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million. Issued shares stood unchanged at 827.00 million, and the company reported zero treasury shares, maintaining the total issued share count at 827.00 million.

The company affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25%, indicating sufficient free-float liquidity in the market.
