On September 14, 2026, SY Holdings Group Ltd. (06069) repurchased 783,500 shares for holding as treasury shares. As a result, TMF (Cayman) Ltd., in its capacity as a controlling shareholder, is taken to have an additional interest in the treasury shares, leading to an increase in its attributed shareholding.
Prior to the change, TMF (Cayman) Ltd.'s long position in SY Holdings Group Ltd. was 569.92 million shares, representing 53.47%; following the event, the holding changed to 570.71 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 53.55%. This change was not the result of an on-market transaction but a passive increase due to the company's share buyback.
