• Repurchase mandate utilisation – The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 22 May 2026 allowing repurchases of up to 78.27 million shares. – Cumulative purchases under this authorisation now stand at 2.72 million shares, equivalent to 0.3470% of the share count at the mandate date.

• Regulatory compliance – The issuer confirmed that the transaction complied with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 10.06 and related provisions. – A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales applies until 22 October 2026.
