On September 17, 2026, Bank of America Corporation disposed of 39.78 million shares of BOSS ZHIPIN-W off-exchange at an average of HKD 60.67 per share, involving about HKD 2.41 billion. The off-exchange transaction was a cash consideration, not matched on the SEHK open market, and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing. According to the supplementary information, the corporation ceased to have a notifiable interest in the shares.
Prior to the disposal, Bank of America Corporation's long position in BOSS ZHIPIN-W was 61.71 million shares, representing 7.31%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 21.93 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 2.59%.
