On September 22, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. released its security interest in 2.18 million H shares of YOFC (stock code: 06869) via an off-exchange transaction (consideration: non-cash assets). This transaction is not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the release, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in YOFC was 27.35 million shares, representing 6.49%; following the transaction, the holding changed to 25.17 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 5.97%.
