Beijing DeepZero Technology Co., Ltd. has issued a proxy form for its 2026 Second Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), scheduled for 14 October 2026 at 2:30 p.m. in the Hadoop Conference Room, Unit 01, 9/F, Building 20, Dongsanhuan Central Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

The sole agenda item is a special resolution seeking shareholder approval for a proposed subdivision of the company’s overseas-listed foreign ordinary shares (H Shares) and accompanying amendments to the Articles of Association. As specified, the motion requires at least two-thirds of the votes cast (in person or by proxy) to pass.
