ND Paper Announces RMB 0.10 Final Dividend for FY 2026; Payment Set for 19 January 2027

Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) Limited (ND Paper) has declared a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 0.10 per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, according to its annual results announcement released on 23 September 2026. The distribution remains subject to shareholder approval, with the relevant meeting date yet to be disclosed.

Dividend logistics: • Payment date: 19 January 2027 • Ex-dividend date, record date and book-closure period: To be announced • Default currency and applicable exchange rate for Hong Kong dollar payments will be confirmed on the remittance date; for illustration, the company cited RMB0.86015 per HKD1.00. At this indicative rate, the dividend equates to approximately HKD0.12 per share.

No withholding tax applies to this dividend. Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) remains the share registrar.

The board comprises five executive directors—Ms. Cheung Yan, Mr. Liu Ming Chung, Mr. Zhang Cheng Fei, Mr. Ken Liu and Mr. Zhang Lianpeng—alongside four independent non-executive directors: Ms. Chan Man Ki, Dr. Li Huiqun, Dr. Cao Zhenlei and Mr. Sun Po Yuen.
