EDIANYUN Announces Departure of Executive Director & CFO He Liang; Zhang Bin Named Successor and Authorized Representative

Edianyun Limited (EDIANYUN) reported that Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer He Liang will step down from all positions—including Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative under Listing Rule 3.05—effective 30 September 2026. The resignation is attributed to personal career development plans, and He Liang confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

With He Liang’s exit, existing Joint Company Secretary Poon Kin Hei will remain in office and assume the role of sole Company Secretary. Concurrently, the Board appointed Zhang Bin as Chief Financial Officer and Authorized Representative, also effective 30 September 2026. Poon Kin Hei will continue to serve as the other Authorized Representative.

The Board expressed appreciation for He Liang’s service and confirmed that, as of the announcement date, the Board consists of Executive Directors Ji Pengcheng and Zhang Bin, along with four Independent Non-Executive Directors: Hong Weili, Song Shiji, Wang Jingbo, and Li Dan.
