Xiamen Tungsten Co.,Ltd. (600549.SH) has issued an announcement stating that on September 29, 2026, its controlling subsidiary Jinlong Rare Earth received the Notice of Acceptance issued by the Beijing Stock Exchange.
The Beijing Stock Exchange has formally accepted Jinlong Rare Earth's application for a public offering of shares to unspecified qualified investors and for listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
