Daiwa House Logistics Trust announced that its trustee, HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, has elected to pay a 2.95% per-annum distribution on the trust’s JPY 3.0 billion subordinated perpetual securities issued on Nov, 26 2021.

The payment will cover the period from Mar, 31 2026 to Sep, 29 2026 and will amount to JPY 44,371,233, subject to withholding tax. The distribution is scheduled for Sep, 30 2026 and will be made to Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., the holder of the perpetual securities on the record date, which falls 15 business days before the payment date.

Under the terms of the securities, distributions are paid semi-annually in arrears on Sep, 30 and Mar, 31 each year at the fixed rate of 2.95% per annum for the first five years from the issue date.
