Health Platform Sees HK$201 Million in Shares Deposited Amid Strategic AI Deal

A notable position shift has been recorded for 160 HEALTH (02656), with data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange showing that on September 18, shares worth a combined HK$201 million were deposited, representing a 7.68% stake change. A shareholder moved 13.048 million shares into China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities, resulting in a 3.76% increase in their held position.

Separately, 160 HEALTH announced that on September 16, 2026, one of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shenzhen 160 Network Technology Co., Ltd., entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with a limited liability company registered in Shenzhen, China. The partner is a national high-tech enterprise focused on enterprise-level computing infrastructure, offering services such as equipment leasing and AI cloud computing power. With over a decade of operations and registered capital exceeding RMB 100 million, the collaborator has also been recognized as a provincial-level specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise, as well as a municipal gazelle enterprise.
