China Quality News Network reported that recently, the Smart Information Center of the Fujian Provincial Institute of Quality Inspection, together with the Nan'an Municipal Market Supervision Administration, the Quanzhou Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, and Nan'an Yingcai Science and Innovation Service Co., Ltd., successfully held a briefing session in Nan'an on improving smart equipment exports and promoting first-set policies, delivering policy guidance, solving problems, and enhancing efficiency for more than 40 smart equipment enterprises across Quanzhou, Xiamen, and Zhangzhou.
At the briefing, technical experts from the Fujian Provincial Institute of Quality Inspection focused on specialized explanations regarding precision control for equipment exports and inspection and testing standards to help enterprises avoid customs compliance risks; systematically interpreted the recognition standards for first sets, incentive subsidies, and new regulations on industry testing management, clarifying machine tool certification requirements and dual-use item determination criteria; and conducted industry technology matchmaking and overseas intellectual property rights protection presentations, providing comprehensive assistance to enterprises in resolving difficulties and improving quality, and precisely addressing bottlenecks in industrial development.
This event closely aligned with the actual needs of enterprises in research and development, production, export customs declaration, and policy application, further standardizing the export quality management of smart equipment represented by machine tools, enhancing product precision control and compliant operation capabilities, and strengthening enterprises' awareness of compliant overseas expansion and quality-driven efficiency improvement.
