On-market repurchase on 24 September 2026 • Volume: 107,600 ordinary shares • Price range: HKD 3.35 – HKD 3.47 (VWAP: HKD 3.40) • Aggregate consideration: HKD 0.37 million • Shares will be cancelled, trimming the issued share base by approximately 0.016% and leaving total issued shares unchanged at 692.49 million prior to cancellation.

Progress under the 2026 repurchase mandate • Shareholders granted a mandate on 21 May 2026 authorising buybacks of up to 68.81 million shares. • Between 21 August and 24 September 2026, the company has repurchased 3.09 million shares on the Exchange, equal to 0.45% of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date. • Including earlier transactions in 2025, a cumulative 4.89 million shares are pending cancellation, representing about 0.71% of current issued shares.
