Maanshan Iron & Steel Company Limited (00323) has issued an announcement stating that, in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant regulations, the company recently held the second joint meeting of the second session of the eleventh Employee Representative Congress, at which Mr. Guo Fei was elected as an employee director of the eleventh Board of Directors of the company. His term of office shall run from the date on which the eleventh Board of Directors is elected at the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2026, excluding employee directors, until the expiry of the eleventh Board of Directors.

On 29 September 2026, the company convened the first meeting of the eleventh Board of Directors, at which proposals regarding the appointment of the company's general manager, deputy general manager, person in charge of finance, and secretary of the Board of Directors were reviewed and approved. It was agreed to appoint Mr. Fu Ming as the company's general manager, Mr. Chen Guorong as the company's deputy general manager and person in charge of finance, and Ms. He Hongyun as the company's secretary of the Board of Directors. Their terms of office shall run from the date of appointment by the Board of Directors until the date on which a new session of the Board of Directors is elected by the company's general meeting of shareholders.
