YSB Inc. Announces 76,400-Share Buyback; Issued Capital Remains at 692.49 Million

YSB Inc., a Cayman-incorporated company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, released a Next Day Disclosure Return on 30 September 2026 detailing its latest share repurchase activity and confirming that the total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 692.49 million.

On 30 September 2026, the company repurchased 76,400 ordinary shares on-market at prices between HK$3.39 and HK$3.46 per share, spending HK$0.26 million in aggregate. All of these shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Under the current share repurchase mandate approved on 21 May 2026, YSB has bought back 3.49 million shares to date—equivalent to 0.51% of the share count at the time the mandate was granted—out of a total authorisation of 68.81 million shares. In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, YSB is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling any treasury shares until 30 October 2026.

Including earlier buybacks, the company holds 5.29 million shares repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled, acquired through 39 transactions conducted between 21 August 2025 and 30 September 2026 at prices ranging from HK$3.27 to HK$11.14 per share.

The board of directors confirmed that all repurchases complied with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements, and that all payments have been duly settled.
