On 30 September 2026, FIT Hon Teng Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report has been published in both English and Chinese and is now available on the websites of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Company (www.fit-foxconn.com).

In line with the paperless listing regime under Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, FIT Hon Teng has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be distributed unless specifically requested.

Non-registered shareholders who hold shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are asked to provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications. Until an email address is registered, shareholders will need to monitor the Company and HKEX websites for updates.
