Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. disclosed a new tranche of share repurchases executed on 29 September 2026. The company bought back 251,300 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 27.10 to HKD 28.02, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 27.66 per share. The aggregate cash outlay reached HKD 6.95 million.

Following the transaction, outstanding H-shares (excluding treasury stock) fell to 107.26 million, down 0.23% from the previous balance on 25 September 2026. Treasury stock now totals 798,200 shares, equivalent to 0.74% of the 108.06 million shares in issue when the current buyback mandate was granted on 21 May 2026. The mandate allows Wuxi Lead to repurchase up to 10.81 million shares.

All 251,300 repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares; none have been earmarked for cancellation at this stage. Under Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales, extending through 29 October 2026.

Wuxi Lead confirms that the buyback complied with Hong Kong listing rules and that no changes have been made to the explanatory statement filed with the Exchange on 29 April 2026.
