Concord New Energy has released its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese on two platforms: the company’s website (http://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/concordnewenergy) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who access the report electronically are encouraged to use these “Website Versions” as the primary source of information.

For non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access—or those who simply prefer hard copies—the group offers printed reports free of charge. Interested investors should complete the accompanying Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A postage-paid return label is provided for local mail, and electronic requests can be sent to 182-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders who wish to begin receiving future corporate communications electronically must supply a functional email address to their designated intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited). Until an email address is on file, publication notices will be dispatched only in printed form.
