Antengene Executes HK$0.30 Million Share Buyback, Lifting Treasury Stock to 2.42 Million Shares

On 28 September 2026, Antengene Corporation Limited (Antengene) repurchased 90,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for a total consideration of HK$0.30 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$3.345 to HK$3.425, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HK$3.3701 per share.

Following the transaction, Antengene’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0131% to 687.12 million shares. The company now holds 2.42 million shares as treasury stock, while total issued shares remain unchanged at 689.54 million.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved on 10 June 2026, which authorizes the company to buy back up to 67.92 million shares. To date, Antengene has repurchased 2.21 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.33% of the issued share count at the time the mandate was granted.

Pursuant to Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Antengene is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or further treasury share sales until 28 October 2026.
