MAXWIN INT HLDG Records No Share Capital Changes in April 2026 Monthly Return

MaxWin International Holdings Limited (MAXWIN INT HLDG) filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The authorised share capital stayed at HKD 100.00 million, comprising 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each.

Issued share capital also held steady at 81.85 million ordinary shares, and the company reported zero treasury shares. As a result, total issued shares (including any treasury shares) remained at 81.85 million.

MAXWIN INT HLDG affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of issued shares in public hands.

No new shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during April. The existing share-option scheme, adopted on 19 December 2017, showed no outstanding or newly granted options, although a pool of up to 4.00 million shares remains available for future grants.

Overall, the April return indicates capital structure stability, with no equity movements affecting shareholders during the month.
