Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (“WEIGAO GROUP”) reported a further share repurchase on 27 August 2026, filing a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Key transaction details • Volume: 118,000 H-shares, repurchased on-market. • Price range: HKD 3.23–3.255 per share; volume-weighted average price HKD 3.2423. • Cash outlay: HKD 0.38 million. • Capital impact: the buy-back reduced the company’s issued share capital (ex-treasury) by 0.0026%.

Share capital movements • Issued shares (ex-treasury) declined to 4,459.37 million from 4,459.49 million. • Treasury shares increased to 62.96 million from 62.84 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 4,522.33 million as the repurchased stock is held in treasury.

Repurchase mandate usage • The current general mandate, approved on 29 May 2026, authorises WEIGAO GROUP to buy back up to 446.46 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate total 5.64 million shares, equivalent to 1.26% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date. • Remaining headroom stands at approximately 440.83 million shares.

Regulatory compliance and moratorium The board confirmed that the transaction complied with all Hong Kong listing rules and applicable laws. Consistent with Main Board Rule 10.06(3), the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 27 September 2026.
