Mingfa Group (International) Company Limited has released its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese on 17 September 2026. The document is now accessible via the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s own site (www.ming-fa.com).

The board confirms that printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request. Shareholders facing difficulties in accessing the online version can email mingfa.ecom@computershare.com.hk or write to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

In line with a 7 March 2024 circular, Mingfa Group has fully adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms. Online postings will replace routine hard-copy distribution.

To streamline delivery, the company is soliciting shareholders’ email addresses. Investors may submit details by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare. Until a valid email address is registered, shareholders will continue to receive postal notifications of new uploads and printed copies of any actionable corporate communications.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials may opt in for one year by submitting the reply form or emailing their request, including name and address, to mingfa.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
