On Wednesday, major technology stocks traded broadly higher, with Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) rising more than 1%.
Among other tech names, Apple climbed nearly 3%, while Intel, Alphabet, and Amazon each gained more than 2%, and Microsoft and Nvidia each advanced more than 1%.
The three major US stock indexes all moved higher. As of press time, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was slightly up, the Nasdaq rose 0.93%, and the S&P 500 gained 0.54%.
