AEM Holdings Adds Dr. Wang Hai to Board and Strategy Committee

AEM Holdings Ltd. (AWX) announced that Dr. Wang Hai will join the company as an Independent Director, effective Oct, 1 2026. He will also become a member of the Strategy Committee.
Following this change, the Board of Directors now consists of nine members, chaired by Loke Wai San, with James Toh Ban Leng serving as Lead Independent Director. The Strategy Committee will comprise seven members, including Dr. Wang, alongside Chairman Loke Wai San, Loh Kin Wah, Chok Yean Hung, Tham Min Yew, André Andonian and Dr. Yeo Yee Chia.
The company stated that details of Dr. Wang’s appointment have been filed separately with the Singapore Exchange under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual.
