HRnetGroup buys Kuala Lumpur office space to anchor Malaysia expansion

HRnetGroup (CHZ) said on Sep, 23 2026 that it has purchased two office suites at Pavilion Damansara Heights in Kuala Lumpur for about 2.2 million Singapore dollars, securing a permanent base for its Malaysian operations. The units have a combined strata area of almost 5,000 square feet.

The company currently operates from leased premises in the same development. It plans to complete the fit-out of the new offices and move in by Q4 2027, providing a long-term platform to support clients and talent in Malaysia.

HRnetGroup noted that its Malaysian workforce grew 22% year on year as at Aug, 2026, while first-half 2026 gross profit increased 15%. The acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s financial position for FY2026.
