On Thursday, Lufax (LU.US) extended its rally, rising more than 11% as of press time and gaining about 18% over two days.
On the news front, Lufax has fully complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's resumption guidance. The exchange had set out six conditions for the company's trading resumption, covering areas such as an independent investigation, financial restatement, management integrity, internal controls, continued listing eligibility, and information disclosure, all of which have now been fulfilled.
The company resumed trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on September 24, 2026. During the suspension period, Lufax's core retail credit enablement business and consumer finance business continued to operate normally.
According to the announcement, the group recorded total revenue of approximately RMB 27.1 billion for the 2025 fiscal year and maintained total assets of approximately RMB 202.7 billion as of June 30, 2026.
