On the news front, LEPU BIO (02157) announced that at the European Society for Medical Oncology Annual Congress 2026 (2026 ESMO Congress): positive results from the Phase III clinical trial of CMG901 for second-line and later-line (2L+) Claudin 18.2-positive advanced/metastatic gastroesophageal cancer (GEC) have been selected as a Late-Breaking Abstract (LBA) and will be presented as a proffered paper at the Presidential Symposium; positive results from the Phase I clinical study of MRG007, a potential best-in-class CDH17-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) candidate for the treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC), have been selected as an LBA and will be presented as a rapid oral presentation at the congress.

Positive results from the European Phase II study of the combination therapy of MRG003 and HX008 for locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (LA-HNSCC) have been selected for a rapid oral presentation; and positive results from the Phase II study of the combination therapy of MRG003 and HX008 for the treatment of epidermal growth factor receptor-positive (EGFR-positive) unresectable anaplastic/poorly differentiated thyroid cancer have been selected for a rapid oral presentation.
