Techtronic Industries Company Limited repurchased a total of 1.14 million ordinary shares between 10 and 28 September 2026 for an aggregate consideration of HKD 145.53 million, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 28 September 2026. The volume-weighted average buy-back price was approximately HKD 128.11 per share.
The latest tranche, executed on 28 September, involved 88,000 shares purchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 124.40 to HKD 127.30, costing HKD 11.10 million.
All repurchased shares have yet to be cancelled, leaving the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 1,827.10 million shares as of 28 September 2026. Treasury shares remain at zero.
Under the shareholder mandate approved on 8 May 2026, Techtronic Industries is authorised to repurchase up to 182.98 million shares. Including the latest transactions, 4.54 million shares—equivalent to 0.25 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—have been bought back to date.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Techtronic Industries is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares following the 28 September repurchase, expiring on 28 October 2026.
