Keppel Ltd. announced on Sep, 24 2026 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shuju Info Tech (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., has been placed under member’s voluntary liquidation.
The group said the liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
