Holly Futures Cancels 2026 Third EGM and Suspends Related Book Closure

The board of Holly Futures announced the cancellation of the 2026 third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that had been slated for 2:00 p.m. on 29 September 2026 in Nanjing. Management cited the need for additional information regarding the filing of director-nominee Mr. Liu as the reason for withdrawing the meeting notice.

Consequently, the associated book-closure period originally planned for 24–29 September 2026 has also been cancelled. The board will reconvene shortly to set a new EGM date once outstanding documentation is complete.

Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Chu Kairong signed the announcement on 23 September 2026. The board currently comprises two executive directors, two non-executive directors, three independent non-executive directors, and one employee director. Holly Futures expressed regret for any inconvenience caused and thanked shareholders for their continued support.
