Hong Kong, 23 September 2026 — Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC) announced that the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved the qualification of Ms. Zhang Yuqing as a Non-Executive Director, completing her appointment originally endorsed by shareholders on 26 June 2026 and the board on 28 August 2026. The regulatory approval is documented under Jin Fu [2026] No. 526.

With immediate effect, Ms. Zhang joins the following board committees: • Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development Committee • Risk Management and Consumers’ Interests Protection Committee • Risk Management Committee of Institutions in the United States Regions

Board composition now stands at four Executive Directors, four Non-Executive Directors and six Independent Non-Executive Directors. The executive team comprises Gu Shu, Wang Zhiheng, Liu Hong and Lin Li, while the expanded Non-Executive cohort includes Zhou Ji, Zhang Qi, Zhang Hongwu and Zhang Yuqing. Independent Non-Executive Directors are Wu Liansheng, Wang Changyun, Ju Jiandong, Zhuang Yumin, Zhang Qi and Wong Pui Sze Priscilla.
