JF SmartInvest Buys Back 73,600 Shares for Approximately HK$2.12 Million

On September 28, JF SmartInvest Holdings (09636.HK) repurchased 73,600 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from a high of HKD 29.26 to a low of HKD 28.44 per share, with a total consideration of HKD 2,122,670.

The repurchased shares are intended to be held as treasury shares, with the number of shares proposed for cancellation standing at zero. Following the buyback, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 462,866,600 to 462,793,000, while the number of treasury shares increased from 5,490,400 to 5,564,000, leaving the total number of issued shares unchanged at 468,357,000.

The buyback was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on June 18, 2026, under which the issuer is authorized to repurchase up to 46,408,470 shares in total. The aggregate number of shares already repurchased on the Exchange or other stock exchanges under the repurchase mandate stands at 1,493,000, representing 0.3217% of the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the date the repurchase mandate resolution was passed.
