SDMC Maintains Stable Share Base and Meets Public Float Requirement in September Filing

Shenzhen SDMC Technology Co., Ltd. (SDMC) has submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, covering the period ended 30 September 2026. The filing shows no alterations to the company’s registered share capital or issued share count during the month.

SDMC’s registered share capital closed the period at RMB 209.54 million, comprising: • 209.39 million H-shares listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, each with a par value of RMB 1. • 146,508 unlisted domestic shares, also at RMB 1 par value.

The total number of issued H-shares (excluding treasury shares) remained unchanged at 209.39 million, while the company reported zero treasury shares outstanding.

SDMC confirmed that it continues to satisfy the minimum public-float requirement of 21.83 percent for its H-share class as stipulated under Main Board Rule 13.32B.

The company reported no share repurchases, share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-related movements during the month. All regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Chairman and Executive Director Li Bo.
