Microware Plans 30 June Board Meeting to Approve FY 2026 Results and Discuss Final Dividend

Microware Group Limited announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 30 June 2026.
The agenda comprises:
1. Reviewing and approving the audited consolidated financial results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
2. Deliberating on a potential final dividend recommendation for shareholders.
3. Addressing additional corporate matters as required.
Chairman and Executive Director Wang Guangbo issued the notice from Hong Kong on 17 June 2026. The Board currently consists of one executive director, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
